Well, I finally get to see the famous Picolo you talk about so much. Here at the Institute for Higher Maltese Thoughts we know him as Dr. P. Morgan. He finished his PhD faster than any other Fellow in the history of the Institute. His ground-breaking dissertation was on the correlation of tail length and intelligence. Since then his work has been a model for all incoming Fellows. Unfortunately for us he doesn't live fulltime with us but sees his mother because he is so devoted to her and says he derives his creative and soulful strength at home. He has been concerned about visiting some relatives on the west coast it seems. Apparently they are unkind out of jealously. We need to protect Dr. P. Morgan from unrelenting offers from the Institute for Multilingual Cani, Elle, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker. I can't stop talking about him because he is so phenomenal. He even wrote a book called Dancing with Bears. Sincerely, Dr. A. Nonymous
Another perhaps superficial, yet not unnoticeable, trait of our beloved Dr. P. Morgan is that his hair reminds us of one of our most famous members of the Institute.
